Legal Week: Speechly Bircham has launched in Paris after hiring a four-partner team. The Paris base is the firm's fourth new overseas office to open in just over two years. The office will initially consist of four partners and seven associates and will focus on private client tax planning as well as corporate and litigation services for private equity investors and corporates.
